The report was jointly compiled by the China Federation of Internet Social Organizations and the China International Electronic Commerce Center and released at the 5th China New Shopee Conference. The report analyzes the development trend of China's new Shopee from five dimensions: "new momentum, new demand, new rules, new data, and Shopee's new value".

China's Shopee online retail sales reached 15.5 trillion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.2%, ranking first in the world for 12 consecutive years.
The scale of live broadcast Shopee users is nearly 600 million, and the penetration rate has increased from 4.9% in 2019 to 37.8% in 2024.
Cross-border Shopee imports and exports increased by 10.8% year-on-year, accounting for 6% of the total foreign trade1.
